Yes. Hosting package downgrade is free but for the upgrade you just need to pay a pro-rated price for your package depending on the remaining number of months that has not yet been consumed.

You will receive an email from us that you’ve reached your bandwidth usage. And from that time, we’ll allot some bandwidth increase into your account to avoid your website downtime.
In order to have a website, you need to have a server where you can place your website scripts and files such as html, images, php, etc. Maintaining your own server is very expensive so hosting a website is the most recommended nowadays.
It is vital to have your website alive for 24/7 as your clients, visitors need to access or connect with it. As for the downtime issue, this seldom happens. Furthermore, we’re notifying our clients if there’ll be a downtime in the server in any case of a server upgrade and/or maintenance.
We’re giving a 1 month grace period for our client to renew their account with us. In any case that the client was unable to make it, we’re keeping your files for the next 30-60 days.
We notify our clients mostly through email. Sometimes, we do it via a web messenger as long as the client is online.
No, we do not back up any client’s files. These are personal and might be confidential but we do give a 30-60 days period for the client’s to do all the back up.
