Once we’ve registered the domain of your choice, there’s no way for us to change it unless you are willing to pay for another domain name registration. We suggest our clients to prepare at least 3 domain name priorities upon submitting their subscription to us.
Yes as long as your domain is still active or not yet expired or expiring soon you can transfer to us. Additionally, we do not charge domain transfer but it’s necessary to pay 1 year for your domain so it’ll be extended for 1 more year.
No. You only need is to do domain pointing. We just give you our Name Server to point it out using your domain panel – you may need help from your domain registrar to do this step.
Yes. 1 month before your domain has expired, you’ll receive an email from us on how to renew your domain. On the renewal or ordering page, just key in the number of years you would like to renew your domain, and the corresponding price will accrue.
Domain Registration will take up to 24-72 hours to propagate upon order and payment confirmation.
The domain name is still yours completely.
Yes, absolutely!
In order to use your web hosting for your domain, you need to log in to your domain panel and set your name server there. We will email you the details of our nameservers.
If you found out that you do not have your domain panel link or access, kindly inform your domain registrar (their support) to make the following changes or settings for you.
After pointing to your domain’s name servers, you’ll need to wait for 24-72 hours to propagate the changes completely. Most of the time, it’ll only take at least 4-6 hours to see if your settings have been changed or visit the website to check its status.
